Customer Service Representative
Being a Full Time Customer Service Representative will involve you interacting with customers on a day to day basis whilst providing excellent customer service. You will be handling incoming and outgoing calls to existing customers and helping them with any questions/queries they have. You will be working specifically in the collections department, speaking to people who have found themselves in debt and unable to pay their bills. Therefore, we are looking for customer service focused individuals who are not afraid of a challenge to step forward.
Full Time Customer Service Rep requirements:
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience (ideally within an office)
- Drive to provide excellent customer experience
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Fantastic listening skills
- Commutable distance from Stockport
- Able to deal with stressful situations calmly and professionally

Full Time Permanent Role
£20,500, rising to £21,500 + Monthly Bonus!
Monday – Friday most weeks, occasional Saturday work until 2pm.
