£20,384 + Bonus, £27,000 OTE  

Are you someone who has a passion for customer service and enjoys making a great bonus? We have the role for you. This position is handling a mixture of inbound calls and live chats/emails on behalf of a leading newspaper company. You will be speaking with existing customers, retaining customers and upselling/maximising sales where possible.

Our client offers fully paid training and excellent progression opportunities into management and even supporting departments (such as recruitment, HR or training).

The role of the Customer Sales Advisor:

Handling inbound calls and live chats/emails from existing customersSpeaking with customers who are looking to leave and retaining themSpeaking with existing customers and maximising sales opportunities.Building rapport with customers, delivering an excellent customer service on every callManaging your time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed

Skills you will need as a Customer Sales Advisor:

6 months of upselling experience or target-driven customer service experienceClear criminal record (no unspent criminal convictions)References to cover the last 2 years of employmentComputer literate with the ability to multitask and use multiple systems at any one timeObjection handling techniquesEffective questioning and listening skillsResilient
