Are you someone who has a passion for customer service and enjoys making a great bonus? We have the role for you. This position is handling a mixture of inbound calls and live chats/emails on behalf of a leading newspaper company. You will be speaking with existing customers, retaining customers and upselling/maximising sales where possible.

The role of the Customer Sales Advisor:
- Handling inbound calls and live chats/emails from existing customers
- Speaking with customers who are looking to leave and retaining them
- Speaking with existing customers and maximising sales opportunities.
- Building rapport with customers, delivering an excellent customer service on every call
- Managing your time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed

Skills you will need as a Customer Sales Advisor:
- 6 months of upselling experience or target-driven customer service experience
- Clear criminal record (no unspent criminal convictions)
- References to cover the last 2 years of employment
- Computer literate with the ability to multitask and use multiple systems at any one time
- Objection handling techniques
- Effective questioning and listening skills
- Resilient
