Sales Advisor (Webchat & Phone)

Location: Onsite at Pride Park Derby.
**Applicants must live in Derby or be able to commute reliably**

Salary: £20,384 per year (£10.45 per hour) and generous uncapped bonus scheme - on target earnings of £26,000 (our top performers earn £30K!)

Hours: Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday 8 am – 6 pm

What will you be doing?

Your role sits in our Sales & Retention team, where you will manage subscription cancellation requests through phone and online chat. The purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service whilst also promoting the features & benefits so customers actively choose to retain their subscription. The role will be a mixture of inbound/outbound calls & webchat.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be well rewarded through the salary & its generous uncapped incentive scheme.

A typical day will look like this:

>Time set aside each morning as a team to plan for success each day

> Interact through phone & live chat with customers, understanding & supporting their individual needs, giving them great reasons to stay as customers

> Support your peers & team by sharing your experience and successes

> Time allocated to work with your manager and sales trainer on opportunities to improve service and sales, and develop your future career
