I have a great client based in the centre of Manchester who specialise in IT Software Sales jobs who are looking for sales recruiters to work in a 180 role and generate candidates for the existing vacancies they have.

Sales Recruiter skills and experience:
- At least one year’s sales experience, preferably outbound calling
- Extremely driven and target orientated
- Experience of dealing with rejection/failure
- Very competitive
Sales Recruiter typical day:
- Generate candidates for roles through cold calling, LinkedIn and other headhunting methods
- Engage and qualify your candidates
- Management of candidate process
- Working with other departments on a daily basis
Sales Recruiter benefits:
