Salary: £20,384 per year plus a monthly bonus

Location: Derby, working from home roles available

Job Type: Permanent - FULL TIME ONLY

Hours: 37.5 hours per week 8 am- 6 pm with occasional Weekends

**NOTE: This is an on-site role, you must be based in Derby to be considered for the role**

Immediate opportunities are available with our client, who is looking for Call Centre Advisors to work on-site in Derby. 

As Call Centre Advisor you will be working on behalf of the leading daily newspapers. You will be dealing with inbound telephone queries and supporting customers who are thinking about changing or cancelling their subscriptions. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, as you will be dealing with a high volume of calls every day. If you have a natural ability at building relationships and excellent communication skills, you will thrive in this role.

You’ll work a 37.5-hour week on a rotational shift, and you will get your rotas in advance so you will have plenty of time for planning. We offer a competitive salary of £20,384 per annum. What you'll need to do:   

  • Provide excellent customer service to a range of customers
  • Be comfortable dealing with customer enquiries and retaining customers
  • Know your way around a computer and navigate multiple systems
  • Be resilient and adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Be part of a team responsible for creating and working in a service delivery environment to support the delivery of excellent customer service, quality and performance
