LOCATION - MANCHESTER
SALARY- £17,631 + monthly bonus

We are currently recruiting for Call Centre Advisors within the Manchester area with our well-established client for OCTOBER STARTS.

The role of the Call Centre Advisor:

The Call Centre Customer Advisor will be talking to existing customers on an inbound basis and dealing with general enquiries. To be a successful in this role, you will need to be excellent at communicating with customers & identifying areas that suit the customer's needs, whilst offering a solution to the customer. You will be expected to work towards your targets consistently & work extremely well within a team or by your own initiative.

Your duties will include:

- Taking inbound calls
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Delivering outstanding customer service

The proposed candidate is expected to possess the following:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Basic IT Skills
