We specialise in recruiting Sales, Customer Services and Management staff for Contact Centres throughout the UK. Our client products range from services (telecoms, energy, etc) to financial (Insurances, Loans, etc) and they sell to businesses (B2B) and Consumer (B2C).

The Role:

Your role, as a New Business Executive (NBE), is to source the contact details of target businesses, make contact with decision makers and introduce the recruitment services of Red Dot Recruitment. To ensure long term success, your role will encompass the initial account management of any client you bring on board.
In addition to working on your own initiative, you will be working within a team environment. Your role will also be required to take the lead in inspiring good practice (in terms of skill and behaviour) and to seek new and better ways of working. You will be required to source all your leads personally so a creative approach is needed.

Applicants should have:

• Proven track record of consistently over delivering against sales and quality targets
• Experience of ‘cold calling’ and selling business to business would be an advantage
• Must be able to demonstrate a strong business acumen in order to match the correct recruitment services.
• Able to build effective working relationships [Internal & External]
• Able to self-generate leads from a variety of sources
• Excellent administration, planning and organisation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage workflow through effective pipeline management
• Build and maintain rapport over the telephone and face to face with colleagues and clients
• Demonstrable ability to work to challenging and stretching targets and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A knowledge of the recruitment marketplace would be an advantage
