Location: Derby
Hours: 40 hours P/W (Full flexibility between Mon-Sun required)
Salary: £18,000 basic + Bonus

We are currently seeking Call Centre Advisors to fill Call Centre positions within a massively evolving company in Derby. The ideal candidate will preferably possess a minimum of 6 months experience in a call centre, customer service and/or sales environment.

Responsibilities of the Call Centre Agent:

Outbound calls to new and existing customers
Building great rapport with all customers
Manage the expectation of the customers
Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information
Upselling and cross selling
Hitting sales targets

Requirements of the Call Centre Agent:

Experience in a call centre and/or customer service environment
Excellent phone presentation and communication skills
Excellent organisational negotiating skills
Reliable and flexible
