The Customer Service Role:
Are you devoted to helping others and delivering superior customer service? If that sounds like you, then we have your next new challenge waiting in Cardiff Bay.
As an Inbound Service Advisor in our award-winning Contact Centre, you`ll chat to customers and do everything you can to ensure they feel valued and solve their problems using the excellent training you will have received before starting the role.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
• Answering any customer queries
• Dealing with customers minor complaints in quickly and efficiently
• Acting as the first point of call for customers
• Work to continually improve on the quality of conversations over the phone always ensuring treating customers fairly is at the heart of all communications.
• To achieve a higher customer satisfaction rating from conversations.
• Achieve targets
• Working as a team and individually
The ideal Customer Service Representative:

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and possess excellent customer service skills to ensure a high quality of service is maintained. Successful candidates will also have:
